Happy New Moon, Winter Solstice and New Year [FIRST NAME GOES HERE]!
Whew! That's a lot of "new beginning" energy swirling around.
And it marks the perfect time to consider...What's in store for me in 2018? Who will I be in 2018?
Part of switching out of this "go-go-go masculine mode" and tuning into our inner feminine rhythm is syncing to the seasonal rhythm of winter...slowing down and looking back at 2017 to harvest it's gifts before leaping into the new year.
So how do you close out and complete the year...the feminine way?
For the past 3 years, I've taken this very special time, between solstice and Jan 1st, to honor the highs and lows of 2017, harvest the wisdom, and let go of limiting beliefs.
I do this by myself...and I do it with my family.
This ritual helps all of us start the year with a blank canvas and welcome in the new year without any of the baggage, fears or limiting beliefs from the current year.
It's also the part of my overall annual process for stepping into the new year the feminine way...by being still, listening to my Essence and receiving the way. Check out the video below to learn more...

2. What did I create in 2017? What did I discover about myself and my feminine power? What amazing moments do I celebrate now?
3. What challenges did I face? What trials tested me? How did I receive these challenges and who did I become afterwards?
4. What wisdom did I receive from the joys and challenges of 2017? What limiting beliefs do I want to let go of? Who do I see myself as in 2018?
